Me and my husband are on flat bed division. Our truck is always maintained. Bonuses for pre and post trips. Bonuses for passed inspections. Always get us home on time sometimes early for appointments. We get good long haul loads. Very happy with cross. Granted when we started here almost a year ago it was not good at all. Now we’re very happy due to dispatch changes.
This company is NOT family oriented . You can request days off WEEKS IN ADVANCE and they will approve and then disregard your request or tell you OH IM SORRY WE ALREADY HAVE TOO MANY PEOPLE OFF THAT DAY . They don’t give a shit about the drivers family at all .
