All in all... terrible customer service. Save yourself the hassle and headache of trying to get a quote from any of the agents within Cross. Between being ghosted and forgotten about for a homeowners and auto quote, as existing customers. Management never takes anything serious, and everyone is unprofessional. It's hard to support local when you can't rely on them... at least some form of communication would be appreciated. I 10/10 DO NO recommend them.

I hate to share horrible reviews since I moved to Maine but here we go.... I am deeply disappointed with the service and communication from both American Modern and Cross Insurance. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Lack of Communication: I did not receive any prior notifications, emails, or notices regarding my policy cancellation. Marilyn who was very rude said she was there 41 years bragging about how long shes been there and also said she couldnt put insurance on a car from CT and told the dealer to put insurance on it lol we sell cars not insurance. She sounded like she was new she new nothing. Shes the worst iv come across in 20 years. They need better training no customer service skills or people skills.
