Today I was doing business at the cross building and someone decided to tow my car while I was in the building. I wouldn't do business with these people. Especially such vindictive employees.
Huge shout out to Cross Insurance and George Hebert for always taking care of my requests in a timely manner. I just received my $90.00 towing bill refund within a week of submission. Now that's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THANK you George!
They canceled my policy for a couple hundred bucks and then told me that they are not able to call their customers directly. There is no direct or personal contact with this company.
