Worst customer service ever! Got billed differently than what was quoted by the agent cross insurance. I contacted my agent as required and addressed the billing issue and was told by alan frost I was being charged a security deposit after he specifically told there wasnt one and the monthly payment was different because of a mistake in the accounting department and was told I had to pay it regardless of the mistake.
