Richard and the CI Chimney Inspection & Chimney Repair team were a pleasure to work with. They came out to my Bucyrus home for a Chimney Inspection Service and went above and beyond. The Chimney Repair they performed was seamless. While they were there, they completed new Attic Insulation and a full Roofing Service. Henry showed up right on time, explained what chimney cap installation, chimney cap replacement and why at every step, showed a picture of the one thing to watch but said it is okay for now, was friendly and professional. There was so attempt to sell me unnecessary chimney service and at the end of the service the price was exactly as quoted over the phone. Would definitely recommend and use again.
I called CI Chimney Inspection & Chimney Repair Bucyrus, OH for maintenance on my chimney, and Carter was awesome. He did my chimney inspection, and he was able to identify creosote build-up that needed to be removed right away. He also performed a small chimney repair (that I didn't even know about).
