Called dealership twice 30 days apart trying to schedule riding lawnmower repair. Got transfered 3 times each time trying to get on the repair schedule. The first time I was told there would be a $500 deposit at shop labor rate of $149/hr for anything beyond the deposit plus parts and additional labor. I agreed and was told I would be contacted when it was time to bring the machine in.
