We rented from Cross Homes for almost 8 years and it was a simple and easy experience. Gary was by far the best landlord I've ever had and was always responsive when we needed something taken care of. Additionally, he was contentious without being intrusive, calling or emailing when he hadn't heard from us in a while just to make sure we were okay and if there was anything we needed.
