Cross Heating & Cooling installed an HVAC unit at my house. Quick service, great pricing, and very neat. Even hauled away the old unit that was falling apart.
Very professional and I will call them again. Had them replace a 10 ton unit 6 months ago and couldn't be more pleased.
I was a big supporter of Cross Heating and Cooling until today. I called the owner 3 weeks ago to set up a Saturday emergency call, we were not going to be at the property before then due to being on vacation and explained this to him. He then said "that is fine call me before the weekend that you will be there." I tried to call Mr. Cross 3 times since starting the Thursday up until the Saturday.
