Excellent service! Highly recommend! After coming home to a cold house, we determined it was something that required service so I called Cross after reading recommendations in a local Facebook group. The problem with the equipment was quickly identified and the repair was completed without issue.
Micah came to fix my furnace. He was professional, polite, efficient. He explained exactly what he was doing, and upfront about costing. Highly recommended!
