Excellent technician, thorough, well-prepared, explained as he went and gave lots of options - exactly what I hoped.
The Cross team did an awesome job on an AC, Furnace, tankless water heater, and water softener install. Professional from start with Jason to finish with the entire installation team. Always informed me of everything and reached out when needed on where to put things to my preference. Also huge shout out to Sam and Tyler for staying late on the first day of install (unasked) to ensure we had AC for the night which was extremely appreciated with two little ones on a hot day.

I would give it a 5 star but I had to phone them today and they have some type of AI answering device. It was just about impossible to have my call passed onto an actual human being. Great company but they need to return to a human for answering their calls.
