Out with the old... in with the new. Cross Heating and AC did a great job replacing my very old furnace and AC system and in a day and a half!. The system is working as expected and I am sure they will stand behind the product and their workmanship. Much better system performance overall.
Clint from Cross arrived at the promised time and serviced my cooling system. He was helpful, knowledgeable, expedient and effective. The prices were fair and I didnt feel oversold or exploited. I would be happy to recommend Cross to my friends. They are professional and well trained.
Well another great experience with Cross Heating today. My Lennox thermostat was at end of life and my heat pump also sprung a leak which could not be repaired. With guidance from their sales team and technicians I was able to buy new units that meet my current needs. The new equipment was installed by Sam and Doug today and they were great.
