They installed my AC and furnace over a year ago. A couple of weeks ago, I called and asked if the smart thermostat could be set up to control the furnace stages. They sent Bryan, one of the techs who did the original install. He rewired the furnace at no extra charge. Bryan was great to work with; professional, friendly, quite knowledgeable, and clearly cared about doing a good job. I couldn't be happier with the service from the Cross team in replacing our furnace. Not only did was the sales team open and honest (in fact talking us down from upgrading to a system that we didn't really need), but they were able to schedule us for the next day, right before a big heatwave. I was told the crew would be at our house at 9:15, and it was literally 9:15 when I opened the door to let them in to get to work. We had an excellent experience with Cross replacing our water heater. They helped us get out of our rental contract, removed the old water heater, and installed a new one for a great price. Great experience overall and highly recommended!
