We had an excellent experience with Cross replacing our water heater. They helped us get out of our rental contract, removed the old water heater, and installed a new one for a great price. Great experience overall and highly recommended!

We've been really happy with the service from Cross Heating and Air Conditioning. Jason has been helpful and knowledgeable and quickly provided some options for our home. The installation team was professional and did a great job. It's only been a week since our installation date, but we've already noticed a positive difference in the air quality of our home based on the product installed. High quaity professional workmanship, duct work was fixed for free, and exhaust pipes were brought up to code. The installers were very friendly, courteous and professional. Great job! We would recommend this company to anyone.
