Turned away a 69 year old with a chronic lifelong illness as he was 5 mins late for appointment. Waited at desk for another 5 mins as receptionist was not present. Resulted in checking in even later. Waited in seated area to then be told he couldn't be seen due to lateness. The patient after had taken his timeslot but where was this patients timeslot? Was told that the nurse had to pick her children up from school later too. Week before we arrived early for jabs but were seen 20-25 mins after the appointment time.

Receptionist this morning was rude, disrespectful, would talk over me every chance she got and was completely unwilling to help and got frustrated and rude. I phoned at 8am and pressed 8 for them to call back once I was at number 1 in que, she never did. She was snappy and condescending. Kept telling me to book through the app, once I asked which app, she wouldn't tell me so still I have no idea which app I should be using. Can never get a appointment unless its a emergency that's pathetic staff are very unhelpful and the dr keep changing my meds for the generic brands and one of them causes a allergic reaction and was told by Dr Brown I don't care i give what I like no other dr tells me what to do even though the letter said im allergic but he did not care

They won’t book me in to see a GP unless I am dead. Absolute joke.
