The dynamic duo Angel and Roderick’s Spin class ROCKS!!! Always bring the energy!!
Angel is an awesome instructor. Love her classes! Wish she had more. She gives alternative moves in her class for some of us that have physical issues/disabilities. She also makes her classes fun instead of just showing us the moves. I wish I could afford more personal training with her as she helped me out a lot last year. I always recommend her as a personal trainer or her classes to everyone I talk to!
Carol and Janice line dancing class is so informative. Being on stage and taking us step by step is so helpful. I am now attending Monday and Wednesday classes. Thank you Carol for helping me Wednesday.
