Absolutely love taking classes with Angel Curry and Roderick Peterson! Their energy and motivation makes every class challenging, fun and something I look forward to. The music choices are great and their positive energy keeps you motivated from start to finish .Thank you for making every ride such a great experience and for always motivating us to push a little harder! Y’all are amazing instructors!

I've been a member of Crossgates for years. I absolutely love Angel and Roderick's hip hop spin classes! The time flies by because their classes are so energetic and entertaining. You'll burn a ton of calories and learn line dancing!!! it's so fun!
I am always greeted so nicely at the front desk by Kevin Houston.
Best location, staff is friendly.
