This is what you’re paying for at a minimum of 70 dollars a month btw, already sent an email about how disgusting this is, they have been very uncooperative with canceling my contract which signing a contract to this place is my fault. I’ve spent way less for way better… adding photos of just one of many things that’s disgusting..

All the staff at cross gates on gause blvd are always friendly and helpful.! Kevin at the front desk was really friendly and a super nice guy and seems to love his job.!

Kevin is always friendly and welcoming every time I come in to work out. He greets me with a smile and makes you feel comfortable right when you walk through the door. It’s little things like that that make a big difference. Great customer service and a great representation of Cross Gates Family Fitness!

​Great gym with an awesome atmosphere. A huge shoutout to Kevin Houston at the front desk—he’s always kind, welcoming, and sets a positive tone every time I walk through the doors. Having staff like him makes a big difference!
