This is an excellent place to start your fitness journey. John is awesome and is extremely knowledgeable. I really loved the smaller class size, tons of personalized attention and collaborative energy in the class. Appreciate the fact that the workouts are designed and customized for individual’s strength/capability even in the group’s setting. Would highly recommend taking the free trial class to get the flavor!
