In the past I was always hesitant and even intimidated by the idea of CrossFit. My only regret now is that I didn't start sooner :-) Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I have been a member of CFFB for over 2 years since my family has moved to the Ft Bragg area. The coaches are genuine and care about each member. The time and expertise that coaches have given me since the first day I stepped foot into the gym, have helped to develop me into more than just a random girl working out.
