Crossfit in San Jacinto is by far a horrible location. Kevin Penner is completely narrow minded and totally unprofessional. Since I have left crossfit and dealing with Kevin Penner I have found a great trainer who is completely professional and not narrow minded. This place isn't for everyone. You have to be willing to work hard and dedicate yourself. I used to be over 300 lbs. But I dedicated myself to eating right and working hard. And I am seeing results. I have lost over 50 lbs in six months. And I still have more to lose. Those who don't see results are 1) not a good fit or 2) not pushing themselves. But if you are serious about getting healthy and being fit, this is the right place for you.

The person that wrote the comment about myself and my trainers is Disgusting . We (myself and my trainers) Hold the highest standards and ethics. Its one thing to write an opinion about someones work ethic but to say something about another person's marriage and above all talk about a minor... I'm disgusted ! ... I served 20 yrs in the U.S. Military and have seen tons of workout programs. NOTHING comes close to what I have seen from Crossfit by BodyFit. Crossfit is the BEST program I have ever come across and I would recommend it to anyone. I have NEVER seen people act more like family than those at CrossFit. They do REALLY treat you with respect and you become part of a close family.

Crossfit by Bodyfit rocks!!! My body has transformed far beyond what I believed was possible! Through Crossfit and the correct nutrition program support at CFBF, I have lowered my bloodpressure and eliminated my bp meds! I will never step foot in a regular gym again.... CrossFit by BodyFit is the perfect place if you want to change your life. Great place to get healthy, get fit, all while having a lot of fun!!!!!! Great group support with people who care. I have been going there for almost 3 years and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

PLEASE THINK twice about this location. Their program is not full proof. They preach a bunch of non-sense. Management has bad practices. Tons of kids running around the location. Trainers do not actually try to work with the clients. The trainers have an agenda and do not work at the clients pace it's all about working at their pace. Location is dirty, old. There are so many better places in the area I would definitely look elsewhere.
