I know I'll always get a great workout at Avalanche. I'm most likely the oldest one there, but everyone is zeroed in on their workout. It's a comfortable place to be no matter your level of fitness.
I may be the oldest guy in my CrossFit Class but thanks to Myles and his great coaches, they are helping me to be my best self. they always keep an eye on me to make sure I'm not overdoing it and if a modification is in order, they will give me some options. It's been a year since I've been with Crossfit Avalanche and I couldn't be happier. I feel great and have more energy than ever.
What an amazing spot for a CrossFit gym! Can see the lake from the entrance and even got to row while taking in the beautiful views of the outdoors. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, Myles asked all the right questions and made it a great workout. Stopped in while on vacation and so happy I did. Thank you CrosaFit Avalanche
Came to lake Tahoe for a short family vacation and stopped by to train a few days, nice place and great atmosphere.
Awesome place! If you are around King´s Beach enjoying Lake Tahoe and want to work out, this is the perfect place! They treat you as you are at your home gym! Thanks Myles and Avalanche!!
