It was my daughters suggestion and has been a physical, mental and emotional well-being upgrade! And, after trying XFit in other areas I realized - they are not all the same. The Avalache difference is Myles (and his trainers) -- his ability to guide each session to success - because it only works if you can come back :). I am grateful to have discovered this Avalache difference. And for my friend David, it is helping him recover strength and agility he was losing. Yes - life changing...Check it out!
We had a group of 12 on a girls trip and called a couple gyms near Truckee to drop in on and CrossFit Avalanche was so welcoming and friendly! They sounded excited to have us. Coach Myles was AWESOME and the members that showed up to 930 am class Friday were so KIND and welcoming! I’ve never had a group of 12 women drop into my gym and I know we’re a lot so THANK YOU! Great vibe here. Owner is awesome - great at scaling for different levels and I had an injured shoulder and he was great with checking in and modifications. Awesome community feel while also welcoming visitors.
