Great place for crossfit.
Always dragging loud weights across the street at 6am
disorganized, rude, disrespectful, and NOT at all what a crossfit gym should be. The members in the class are stuck up. We are required to run down a road with traffic every other day. I get made fun of when I tell people i’m in crossfit agoge. We work out in the street for some reason even though we have a gym, for some reason?
I had a wedding to attend in Montrose so I decided to call Crossfit Agoge to see if I could drop-in. John, the owner and a Firefighter, answered the phone and said it was no problem. John and I made an instant connection as I too was a former firefighter. I dropped in to Crossfit Agoge and was quickly greeted by Coach Kelly (sp?) and other members.
