Can't think of a better way to find community after just moving to the area. Large gym, kind members, and competitive, but very welcoming, atmosphere. The coaches are very knowledgeable and intentional in their approach, and I am extremely grateful to have found CrossFit Agoge!

Always dragging loud weights across the street at 6am
disorganized, rude, disrespectful, and NOT at all what a crossfit gym should be. The members in the class are stuck up. We are required to run down a road with traffic every other day. I get made fun of when I tell people i’m in crossfit agoge. We work out in the street for some reason even though we have a gym, for some reason?
