Don’t let their incredibly friendly demeanor fool you- everyone at the 5:00pm class is CRAZY STRONG and fit. “Hi, welcome” and “nice to meet you” was quickly replaced with cheering, yelling and guttural screams. Really enjoyed this atmosphere. CrossFit 180, you’re a treasure.
I’ve been going to this gym for years. Love the results and surrounded by a great community.
