Our bachelorette party wandered into Critters after leaving White Limozeen, after they had just opened. We were the first ones in there and were immediately greeted by very friendly staff. Safe to say we are NOT singers, but they tolerated us as we butchered every single song and made us feel like superstars. I came here ready to enjoy karaoke, but the host completely ruined the experience. When it was finally my turn, he was rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome. A karaoke host’s job is to create a fun, supportive atmosphere — instead, his attitude embarrassed me and killed the vibe. If this is how they treat paying customers, I won’t be back, and I’d warn others to think twice before coming here.
A group of friends and I came in tonight excited to enjoy what we expected to be a fun night of karaoke. While I want to acknowledge that the bar staff was absolutely amazing and attentive, the experience with the karaoke setup was disappointing. This is a cool little spot inside the Graduate Hotel, by the elevators. Full bar with good house drink options and a solid variety of food to munch on. The service was great and seating was near full, but open enough to find seats for 2. The karaoke aspect is lively and was very fun to listen to/enjoy! I was helped by Samantha, who did a spectacular job. Very accommodating to me and my mom, and was quick with service. Highly recommend!
