Going here feels almost like seeing old friends vs. a cold office. They are professional, kind, courteous, and experienced. Highly recommend.
My daughter is a patient of Dr. Cross and we have been very pleased. The office staff is polite and professional, and Dr. Cross took the time to answer all our questions. His assistant spent nearly 30 minutes patiently helping my daughter learn how to put in and take out her contacts. Highly recommended.
