Very Professional. Very friendly. Had two trucks infroint of me. Still got loaded. Within an hour.
They were very friendly at the guard shack, gave clear instructions, and had a lot where I could pull off to wait for a door. That wait was approximately 10 minutes. They only took about 40 minutes to unload me. The only thing is that backing can be a little tight if you get the building up on the hill. Otherwise, everything was great.
I had a horrible experience here. They skipped me even though I checked in prior to several other drivers. It appears they'll load Hispanics drivers before you. I had to contact the broker to finally get a door. They also loaded my trailer too heavy on the nose. Weigh your load, right away. Hopefully, you can get reworked in a timely manner. I took the risk and rolled on opposed to going back there.
