We purchased a home in Cross Creek from Century Complete. The home was purchased September 2024. It hasn’t been 2 years yet! The roof has leaks, the floor in the dinning area is lifting. The baseboards are not evenly distributed throughout the home, our restroom sink was detached at one point. These home were cheaply and poorly made. I can say this because my brother is renting a home in the same neighborhood, he lives two doors down from us and the house has similar issues.
