I do not know if I have enough positive words to truly give Cross Creek Ranch and Heather the Google review that they deserve. They honestly gave my daughter (and us!!) the most stress free, easy going, beautiful dream wedding. Their all-inclusive package is WORTH IT!!! Been coming here annually for the past few years for our child's summer camp. It's a beautiful, serene location. I can't comment about the administration (never engaged with them directly).
This venue made my dream wedding come true! Crystal and her team were absolutely amazing. Everything went so smoothly because of them. I used a recommended photographer and DJ from their venue and the night ran like a well oiled machine. We had Cross Creek make their steak dinner for our guests and the food was great! The community is beautiful but the lady at the welcome desk is the rudest uncaring unprofessional person. I was on the phone with my wife when she walked in the office. She actually told my wife when she gets to it about a key fob and was very dismissive! We pay for our amenities and shouldn’t be subjected to use them when she feels like it! I hope no one else has to get treated this way because it was an awful experience! Something needs to be done about how she greets the residents and maybe future residents!
