Our family has had excellent care at this facility. Dr. Carter Edwards has always responded immediately to our medical needs. My husband had an emergency while Dr. Edwards was on vacation and Dr. Wolf accurately diagnosed the problem.
I have only had pleasant experiences since Dr Abala left. Ive been seeing Dr. Kyle Bennett since mid COVID and cannot say enough good things about him and his nurse. My waits are not long (other the time I got lost in the system, but things like that happen so I didn’t lose my mind over it). I seen professionalism from the front desk to the docs and nurses and lab ladies. I can’t thank them enough for the quality care they provide.
I'm surat the negative reviews. My mother and I have positive experiences over the last couple of years. My mom is elderly and Dr. Heide and staff take great care of her. Dr. Heide's NP, Karla Burton, was just great on short notice when I needed Rx refills. I thought it would be a quick visit, but she read all through my chart and very thorough. I like her as much as I like Dr Heide. The lab staff and reception checkout are really nice. Highly recommend.
