Dr. Judith Wheeler has purchased this practice and I must say I was really impressed. It was one of the most throurgh exams I have had. I love the lady that cleans my teeth and had stuck with Cross Creek through some difficult times and most of that was due to the lady that cleaned my teeth. Now the Doctor that has purchased the practice makes it a complete deal. Dr. Wheeler took the time to tell me her background, answer my questions and then did a complete and throurgh exam. Dr Wallace was attentive and answered all of my questions and we have a game plan to fix my teeth.
I had a scheduled root canal today and showed up absolutely terrified—like ‘should I run away?’ terrified. Thankfully, they gave me something to help my anxiety, and suddenly I went from panic mode to ‘okay, I can do this.’ The whole procedure went so smoothly that I’m pretty sure I’ve had worse experiences at the DMV. They checked on me constantly, were super gentle, and honestly… 10/10 would root canal again (well, hopefully not). The entire staff are amazing.
