I’ve enjoyed my first week here. I’ve felt very welcomed and any concerns I've had were addressed quickly
I love it here. The staff are very nice and friendly. I haven't had any issues with anyone and the maintenance department are very quick and attentive when there has been a problem. I am so glad that we chose to move here and it's close to everything.
The move in process was smooth and everyone was very helpful. Any questions I had were answered and they made sure everything I needed to know was covered
Shout out Ms. Nashera amazing customer service 10/10. Maintenance is always timely as well. The townhouses are great, for the most part I don’t hear my neighbors. Cute and cozy.
Nashera was great from start to finish! I would recommend Cross Creek to everyone.
