ETA2: So I have been informed that because no one else complained about my neighbors, I can deal with it or move to a third floor apartment. Well no one else lives under these people. I do. This place is a headache. My wife and I moved in 2023 stayed for two and half years. Last year and a half we watched multiple people get new AC units while we stayed having issues with our AC. Never got a new unit even after they said that would be their best option. Mind you we had a beautiful baby girl at this apartment, so that pissed my wife and I off the most. This is an absolute attempt to rip tenants off. My lease had ended and I went month to month in order to buy a house. NC general statute § 42-14 requires 7 days notice under month to month rental to move out. I provided the office intent to vacate 2 weeks before I moved out and gave them my key the day I left. Weeks later, I received a notice claiming I owed them $3813.95. That is absolutely insane. Great customer service, very friendly staff, Ms. Nashera siler, she was very helpful with the process within moving in the apartment. Would highly recommend moving here.
