OMG let me tell you about how sorry this apartment is!!! I have to deal with rude neighbors plus rude staff members! Teresa and Michelle are the worst! You go to them with concerns and you get no results. But have 1 broken piece of a blind and you get 1000 of notes to fix it or be charged. Then when you ask to speak to higher up, they tell you we can't give you the number we'll have them call you. Well it's been 8 months that I constantly ask to speak to someone and no response yet. I WISH THERE WAS A NEGATIVE SCORE TO GIVE BECAUSE THEY WOULD GET A -100!!!!! Worst apartment complex I've EVER lived in!!! Staff is horrible and will never recommend anyone to live here!!! So glad my lease is up! Had to deal with loud ass neighbors in which when you inform the office they do absolutely NOTHING!!! On top of that my air went out 7 times within 2 months and it took forever for them to fix it. I seriously considered moving into this complex and paid a deposit to hold a unit, however my current complex provided me with a better offer. Within the 24 hours as requested I cancelled my hold on a unit and was told that I would receive my funds in a check within 3 weeks. I called to check on the status of the funds check and was told 10 days, a few days later I received a letter that the check was on the way. I have lived here for 3 years and I have had a great relationship with the staff and my neighbors. The grounds are very well kept and maintenance is prompt. It is close to the Cross Creek Mall, shopping centers, and restaurants. I also really enjoy the pool during the summer. I have really enjoyed living here!
I would not recommend this apartments . There's a reason they accept bad credit. The only one's benefiting are the ones who work for them and live straight across from the office. Their teenage daughters are known as the neighborhood school community whores and their parents let them do we what they want. A bunch of unrudely kids hang out in the gym and laundry room real late doing God knows what.The lady running it Teresa does not care.
