TURN ME DOWN FOR AN OIL CHANGE Do not take your car to this service center. The place does not have sufficient manpower to complete your job on a timely basis. I took my car here and had to wait hours for the repairs. It only has two mechanics. The owner is super phony and pretends he is looking out for your best interest. Don't ever go to this place, you will REGRET!!! These guys are horrible!!! Don't ever go to this place, you will regret!!! Everytime I go there, they try to over-charge me even with an estimated quote. They lie to you about the length of repair time and takes forever to finish their job. The owner is totally dishonest and tries to rip you off!!! I went to this place couple of times due to convenience, but I will never go to this place again.
best neighborhood auto shop Took my car to tire plus for a check engine light. boy they saw me coming... they quoted me some ridiculous prices on work that I didnt need. I took it to cross creek auto and the mechanic which i will never forget his name Pete was very kind, helpful, and honest. after taking his time checking the codes he was able to repair my car for half the cost. my car runs great and the engine light never came on again. thank you Pete. Best service around!! I highly recommend taking your car to this place. Whatever the make, model or year, give these guys a chance to prove to you what they proved to me. Excellent diagnosis, customer service and very fast repair service. They repair your problem without jacking up the price on frivolous charges. Probably the only place I've ever taken my car where the labor rates are cheaper than the parts.
SMALL SHOP FOR MAJOR REPAIRS took my car to this dealership and was not impressed with the service. They are a small shop with only 2 mechanics. I was told I had to leave my car which would take hours to repair since they are short on staff. They claim to give you a deal on oil changes but I can get beter and cheaper service at other places. Great Service!! No Hassles I had many quotes on my dodge truck. Cross Creek Auto Service was by far the fairest price. They completed the work as promised at the price quoted. It was a great experience, I highly recommend this service shop.
POOR SERVICE -- RIP OFF I was not happy with the performance and service Cross Creek has done. They try to sell you a job that is not needed and rip you off. I will never go here again.
Cross Creek Auto Ctr is awful Took my car here twice I was impressed with them the first time and felt like they were knowledgeable and honest, the second time I took my car they forgot to put bolts back into the CV joint area and it sounded really bad, I guess they did not test drive it, I had to take it back and they apologized and quickly put the bolts on. a month later the CV joint went bad and I decided to have my dad help me change it when we went to break the bolts loose the bolts they had put back on were cranked so ... read more
best prices but cost you later I took my car here because they quoted the lowest prices after calling around to different shops. They seemed knowledgeable and friendly but a few weeks later I developed problems with 2 seperate issues I thought I had repaired by them I took the car to 2 shops to get a second opinion and both stated it was most likely related to cross creek auto repair doing an improper install.
