Busy business with a small town feel Cross Creek Auto Center is the only place I take my car. The service that I receive is one of a kind. Eli, the owner of the business will make sure that your car is fixed for the best price and will work with you if it is a costly repair. MR I recently took my Ford F-250 into Crosscreek. Not sure what was wrong with it, my ABS light had recently come on coming back from a trip. I hadnt noticed anything different i n the driviability of the truck but knowing somewhat how ABS works I knew I had to get it in. So I called a local Ford Dealer they couldnt get me in anytime soon and wanted $95 an hour the money i dont mind but knowing that someone that drives your vehicle may have a brake problem one would think that would take precedent. SCAMMERS I purchased a car through Cross Creek Auto. When I moved out of state, I was told that I cannot get tags. They will not release the title to the title agency. The owner "Tony" said we either have to pay off the car or turn it in with penalties. We have put $1,000 down for a leasing fee that did not even go towards the car and have paid on it for one year. We are stuck with a car that we can't drive. He doesn't answer phone calls or emails! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU!
Greatest in automobile repair We recently had the transmission go out of our car and we took it to the cross creek auto center and are very pleased we did. We got quality work and service at a reasonable price. The mechanics are very helpful and knowledgeable and got our car fixed in no time at all. Terrible untrustworthy auto repair shop. Do not take your car here. Do not take your car here. The owner, Ray, is incompetent, Un untrustwortthy, and condescending to women. I was totally ripped off by them. I took my car there to have the AC fixed. Said I needed a new AC clutch to the tune of almost $900! I had them do the work but it did not fix the problem.
High Prices, Poor Customer Service I called Cross creed to get labor and estimate charges on my vehicle. On the phone they were pleasant and quoted me what appeared to be a decent estimate. When I arrived, my car was seen my a mechanic. I agree Cross Creek auto is horrible I agree that Cross Creek auto is horrible. The first few experiences were great and I thought these guys could be trusted. I made the mistake a having a radiator replaced and three weeks later my car over heated. I took the car in to have it looked at again and these guys wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to have it fixed for different issues that seemed connected to the radiator.
