Doctor Xhevat Sinanaj is one of the best doctors, a true professional and very communicative. He always answers questions to the patients (even remotely), and he remembers every detail regarding the patient. He is always puntual regarding submitting medication to the pharmacy. The best doctor!!
I highly recommend the place. Lisvet and Leana at the reception are very helpful and polite.Lisvet and Leana always try to help the customers immediately and are proactive. The doctor Xh. Sinanaj is also proactive, very polite and is ready to assist people with empathy.
No one answer the phone for 40 min this is crazy . This Sistem needs to be changed
I really wish I had read the reviews before going to this urgent care. I normally go to the urgent care where I live, but I was close to this one on the way home. I've never experienced anything like it. The clinic opens at 8:45 am, and I arrived at 9 am. When I walked in, I passed a guy sitting on his phone, who I assumed was security, but he didn’t even look up. Poor service. For 1 month trying to schedule my mammogram. Impossible. Central Park Ave location puts me on hold..never talked to no one. Will schedule my mammogram elsewhere
