We had a power surge that took out our capacitor on a Friday night with a projected high temperature the next day of 97 degrees. Cross County called me back first thing in the morning, ON A WEEKEND, I might add. He was able to service our air conditioner within 24 hours of the problem. He was polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. His partner was also very respectful. It was a great experience.
