No recomiendo, La Dr Álvarez muy grocera, zero profesional, no le gusta ayudar a los pacientes y si un paciente necesita mucha atención o ayuda con autorizaciones con los seguros médicos no lo hace y no trata de dar la mejor atención a un paciente y más a pacientes que son de alto riesgo, or de condiciones crónicas por ejemplo Cáncer a los pulmones, si tienen condiciones graves que necesitan ser atendidos rápido no es recomendable esta doctora, ya que hemos tenido mala experiencia para un familiar mío que puede tener Cáncer ... read more
They called me to confirm the appointment, and the lady was very rude and cutting, I asked if I could fill in the paperwork prior to the appointment she only told me no with no basis, then stated they don’t have an electronic system. I asked her if I could get maybe the information faxed to do it a bit faster as I would be a new patient. She said no and stated I was problematic. Idk what to say. I need a medical clearance for surgery. I hope they actually help unlike last person waiting for clearance. I will be updating this... read more
