Sub standard pepper plants infested with aphids and low quality. Also charged at the time of the order instead of at time of shipping months later. They have serious issues from new owners and will avoid future purchases. Over $60 in plants worthless with no replacements. Buyer beware..
As I returning customer I hate to leave a poor review. I purchased exceptional plants last year which arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. Unfortunately, this year plants not only arrived damaged but the order was short 10 items. Anyone who orders plants online knows there are risk with shipping. Have been a customer for 15 years but customer service is completely nonexistent and no responses to customer inquiries via email or voicemail regarding order never arriving. If I ever get my order (shipped almost a month ago and received UPS exception notice of merchandise being damaged) I will never order again. ChilePlants has become too difficult to work with.

Got this fine email from one of their excellent customer service reps.. “Our guarantee is all over our website. We have had the same guarantee since we started shipping peppers in 1996. People who complain that our guarantee is not visible, must need glasses. It is on the page titled “Our Guarantee” Fantastic. We don’t want to do business with you either! J And we won’t.”
