Customer Service no longer offers human service. The IVR does not offer an option to speak to a human when the IVR can't answer the question.. poor use of technology
Worst company!!! They finding ways to get more money out of me. When I bought they delayed the closing by 6 months and the day of closing they charged me $1,000 for “extension fees”. When they were the reason it was extended. Beware they have predatory tactics!! It will catch up them one day I can’t wait!!
I can’t say enough about my loan officer Anne. I am a hard case as I am a business owner and 1099 compensated employee. Anne was knowledgeable and understanding from the very beginning she was very in tune to all my needs. She was always quick to respond to all of my messages or emails or questions or concerns and then we had some struggles in the beginning. They were completely not of her doing.
