Team Doyle/Hulsey at Cross Country Mortgage has been awful. I represent Sellers on a closing. We have been under contract for 44 days and still cannot close on a Conventional loan. They do not respond to emails/phone calls or communicate in a timely manner. When they finally do respond, it's that we are not closing on Friday - no explanation whatsoever! I do not recommend this company.
