Prior to CrossCountry I went to three other lenders. I was only approved for up to 215K which in the Vegas market is not much and/or given crazy, almost predatory rates. I came across CrossCountry after we looked at an LGI home. CrossCountry was the preferred lender. I will say that as a first time home buyer I was pretty "needy." After the recent closing of one of their offices I was tossed into the lap of Audra Stevens. I have to say that this is the most unprofessional group of individuals I have came across. They do not follow through, return calls. The manager found it necessary to to tell me that Jeff (whom I was working with previously and was absolutely amazing) was fired! The management at Cross Country Mortgage has completely ruined my home buying experience. After failing to get my loan closed by my closing date my file was transferred over to Darren Lennemann who title is branch manager and Sally Miranda who was Operation Manager. have never had to deal with such unprofessional people. They completely dropped the ball and even after missing the 1st closing date they failed again and also missed the 2nd closing date.
