I had a contractor sub contract to CCM to install my AC in my condo unit after it was removed for some major overhauls in my mechanical room. After reinstallation, it worked for a couple of days, then it stopped working. I contacted the contractor and they told me it was my problem. I contacted CCM directly and they had someone out within 24 hours to get it dealt with. Top notch service, even after exhibiting all the frustration I had with the unnamed contractor. cannot say enough good things about cross country mechanical. during the winter months our thermostat needed to be changed out they came the same day we called. in the spring, we looked for quotes for air conditioning. The tech came out and was super knowledgable and friendly. Received our quote (which was also super reasonable) and booked promptly for Install. The tech again was super informative, prompt and friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

I was given their number by the manufacturer of my home standby generator. I called them, and they said they were busy and would't have someone available to look at my generator for a week. I called back a week later.... another week, they say. Two weeks after that, I called them again, and they then said they needed to consult. They call me back and say they can't help me, that they are not equipped to help me. Weeks wasted waiting for these guys just to say they can't help me. Very disappointing. I lost heat in one of the zones in my house as I have a boiler system. Randy was able to send out Everett within a couple of days. I have had this same problem with this zone in the past so I know what time it should have taken and the parts required. Unfortunately Everett make a small mistake that requires a few extra hours and a few hundred dollars in parts to be replaced. The igniter failed on our furnace on a Sunday in January. Cross Country answered the phone and had someone call back quickly. Ben set us up with the parts, at a very reasonable price, to get the furnace running again. Top notch service, highly recommend.
