This company does what it claims even on the most Holiday of the year Christmas. When they say 24/7 service they mean it and aren't just posting to look good. My furnace quit working on Christmas Morning and they were at my house within an hour to get to work. No worries you have my furnace business and anyone else that I will certainly be recommending you to.

TOP-NOTCH service and workmanship with EXCELLENCE in customer care. I am very thankful I chose to call Cross Country Mechanical that miserable weather day Friday when we woke up to our furnace not working. Everything went so smoothly right from the initial call for “help” that morning to having a new furnace installed by 5:30 that same day. Great workmanship and knowledge; Ben took great care to thoroughly check every available option for installing a new furnace and hot water tank, explaining his thought process and the reasons why one way for the HVAC venting might be better than another. Once they were into the job, things worked out better than planned and everything was said and done in quick succession, with Ben checking in throughout the week of work and adding on a smaller job to correct the venting on my dryer with no hassle.
