We had Jordan come and do a service on our air conditioner at our new home as we weren't too sure if it worked or not. He went through it all, showed us how it was supposed to work, and got it working for us! He answered all of our questions, showed us some tips and tricks and ensured everything was connected and working together. He did a great job and was so friendly.

Could not be more pleased with my AC unit. The guys installing were friendly and knowledgeable and left my place looking better than when they arrived (fixing pipes etc). Ben was great when he initially came to give me my quote as well. Awesome work- worth every penny. Highly reccommend! Thank you!

This company does what it claims even on the most Holiday of the year Christmas. When they say 24/7 service they mean it and aren't just posting to look good. My furnace quit working on Christmas Morning and they were at my house within an hour to get to work. No worries you have my furnace business and anyone else that I will certainly be recommending you to.

TOP-NOTCH service and workmanship with EXCELLENCE in customer care. I am very thankful I chose to call Cross Country Mechanical that miserable weather day Friday when we woke up to our furnace not working. Everything went so smoothly right from the initial call for “help” that morning to having a new furnace installed by 5:30 that same day.
