Actually should be negative Stars (but it won't post without a star) - Such poor customer follow up on committments made that it is actually disgraceful. After damage he created to a surface he should Not have had his equipment driving on due to it's load weight. He repeatedly put off his responsibility to make repairs for 2 1/2 years and then chose to bail on his committment. Promises and Committment and Responsibility must mean nothing. Very Unhappy with this way of doing business and personal moral compass.
