I had my Ducati monster serviced. It was extremely easy to schedule. The service advisor set up the pick up of the motorcycle had the bike serviced and returned in a timely fashion. The whole experience was performed flawlessly. Great experience all around.
It was my first Ducati 600-mile service at the Cross Country dealership in Metuchen, NJ. The service was done while I was waiting for it. Very nice and clean facilities.
Very pleasant service experience overall. Justin was very patient with my questions regarding custom mods to my bike and with my needs overall. I opted to stick to the scheduled service and just a tire change. Bike came back looking and riding like new, and I received a discount on the service and tires. They even fixed my clock for daylight savings change! Couldn’t be happier.
