The service department is just a mess. Techs are clueless, kept my sons quad for 3 months. Got it back in worse condition then when it when he dropped it off. They diagnosed it as a bad belt so he bought a belt and they installed, not the problem. Then they diagnosed it as possible stripped driveshaft splines or bad u joint. As they are disassembling they tell me it was a missing nut and bolt. They fixed that and told me the machine was good to go, 425 dollars later.
