Owner said that there wasn't a large frame in a bike that we were interested in, and we went online and found that there was. However, she was very informative and helpful. Prices were a bit higher than we had found at other bike stores, but they have a large selection of bikes and equipment.
Very disappointed. I ordered a WTB Rocket saddle that was listed on website as the old style at 135mm width. Was shipped a Pivot saddle that was 142mm width. These are not even similar. Cross Country would not refund the $20 shipping charges when I returned the saddle despite sending me an incorrect item. I was told by Laura (the owner) they don't even have the saddle that is listed on their website. They still have not taken the incorrect item off their website.
The best Specialized store around the America
Was very impressed. Amazing inventory, but the staff really stood out most. I came in here once for a tiny part on a longer ride. They didn’t even ring me up. Just said, “hey just have it.” Stuck with me. Came back today to buy from them even though Grand Haven is closer. Great team. Willing to put the work in to help out a novice. 10/10 would highly recommended.
