Great bike shop with very knowledgeable staff. Large selection with decent prices as well. Had a bike fit here and it was awesome.
Very thankful to Brian, Tanner x2, and the owner for all the help received fitting my bike with a new saddle, filling it with air (free air! :) ) and the accessories we purchased. All put on by them on the spot with no extra charge. Thank you all very much!
I bought a new Specialized e-bike at Cross Country Cycle last week and it was an all around excellent experience! Laura, the store owner is a certified bike fitter and she did a great job of setting up the bike for me. This is the largest Specialized dealer in Michigan and I would highly recommend them for sales and service.
