Excellent service. They have a great group of younger folks working there that are more polite than most adults I meet (including myself). They has us in and out in no time and back on the trail. Wish we had a shop like this where we live.
Laura and the team were amazing! Was riding in a charity ride in Holland and broke a spoke. She jumped right in and fixed that quickly and I bought new tires as well, that she mounted. Great mechanic and you can tell she and her team have been doing this for a long time. Largest selection of bikes I've seen on Michigan. Thank you again!
Holland has an excellent bike store! I drove ~3hrs from Detroit to come here because they had the bike that I wanted in stock in my size (61cm), which is rare, but I left blown away by the store on the whole. Laura who did my bike fitting was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. In addition to the "having bikes for tall people" angle, they have a really excellent selection of components and gear as well. If I lived closer, I would imagine that my credit card company would become very familiar with charges originating here ... read more
I’ve shopped here a couple of times and always had a great experience. Recently was out for a ride and had an issue with my tire valve— they fixed it up immediately and pumped my tire and I was able to get back out in minutes. Super friendly and helpful, highly recommend!!!
