twice now Angus and the team at cross country 4x4 have gone above and beyond to supply my diesel business with intercooler parts and fans at short notice, both times delivering sooner than expected. Theres very few business’s around now with an actual phone number, so i will be dealing with them for as long as they are here. Best intercoolers around !!
The team at Cross Country 4x4 have been absolutely outstanding! Grant and Angus have gone over the top for us — nothing has ever been too much trouble. Their knowledge about Patrols is next level, and their attention to detail really shows in their work. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers like these guys do. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!
Got my GVM Upgrade done with them which costed me over 12k dollars and nobody told me that i had to came back for a 1000km suspension service, i paid for fitting a extended shackle which still not installed and neither got my money refunded. Drove from South Australia to Queensland and when i got in Queensland my passenger side rear wheel literally popped out while i was driving, luckily i was 10km/h otherwise could cost my life on a high speed motorway. Good team and they took great care of my car, easy to get your four wheel drive worked on here.
Asked them to install an after-market bullbar while they did install it. I was very disappointed in the way they handled my old front bumper. I also found them rude over the phone as if I was annoying them. I received a phone call at roughly 3:30pm and they stated that my car "might not" be ready for pick up today due to problems with the sensors but they will keep me in the loop.
