I recently had a procedure done at the Cross Cancer Clinic. I would like to thank Dr. Mihalicz, and nurses Morna, Kim, Stacey, Cyrene and Kirsten. All staff were kind, professional and very caring. You are a valuable team and make the world a better place. Thank you.
I have nothing but good experiences at the Cross. Of course, at times there are complications with scheduling, but that is understandable, given the enormous daily patient load to look after. This one a completely different from a "standard" hospital. Staff recognizes you, even after only one month. With cancer in mind, they genuinely care to make life better!
This review is specifically for the gift shop and it’s manager Amanda Rizon. I purchased an item at the store and found more of the same items 5 minutes later in another part of the store. I asked if I could make an exchange and she immediately refused implying I should just buy the second item. I am a cancer patient on disability leave. The nurses and doctors have been amazing to work with during the scariest part of my life they have been so supportive and helpful.
