This review is specifically for the gift shop and it’s manager Amanda Rizon. I purchased an item at the store and found more of the same items 5 minutes later in another part of the store. I asked if I could make an exchange and she immediately refused implying I should just buy the second item. I am a cancer patient on disability leave. We’re so fortunate to have this level of care. People talk about the Mayo Clinic and other world-renowned cancer institutes, but ours is on the same level. In fact, a relative’s friend has been dealing with multiple types of cancer for over a decade and took his complete file from the Cross to the Mayo and paid them to assess the treatment that he has received in case they could suggest something else. They finished their review and said “you are receiving exactly the same treatment that you would get here”.

I recently completed a second round of radiation and I want to give a shout-out to a few people that were definitely bright spots in my experience. Kyle! I've had moments witnessing you and your interactions with patients other than myself. You have always been kind, compassionate and patient with everyone you came in contact with.
