TERRIBLE!! The owner is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional!!!! We agreed on 4 rooms for a price, and they would move the furniture but they would not be liable for any damages. We agreed. We had an appointment for 10AM. By 1PM, no one had showed up. We call and she promises they will be there in 20 minutes and gives us a $10 dollar discount. 20 minutes later (as promised), a person shows up.
