Dr. Cross and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Overwhelmingly surprised that a medical office could be operated as efficient and as kind as this one. Came in with severe reaction to recent pollen exposure and Dr. Cross took care of the issues within 24 hours and fully explained why the reaction occurred and mitigated all my fears and concerns with his expertise. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Cross and his entire staff.
I visited this office for the first time a few months ago. I have to say the office staff is alright, they don't go up and beyond like other clinics. The wait time is insane. I waited 2 hours to see the provider and when he came to see me, my appointment only lasted 5 minutes. I paid my $50 copay, just to sit around for that long from the waiting area to a differwnt waiting area. No further testing, no medications for my condition whatsoever.
