They have come into our small town of Claremont and thinking they are going to build a 7-11/speedway adjacent to one of the oldest neighborhoods in the area with a 10' setback. Ruined plaza midwood with that concrete monstrosity
Crosland Southeast can funk all the way off with the horrendous monstrosity it's planning for Plaza Midwood. Absolutely hideous design! There are plenty of places in Charlotte without any character that they could have built on, but no. Instead, they take one of the best, most unique neighborhoods in Charlotte and want to put up some shiny rich people trash buildings without any semblance of character.
