I'm supper excited to say Crosby Nissan park is the best and I am enjoying my Nissan Qashqai. It's been good. All thanks to Mark who was very helpful and provided great customer service. I highly recommend!!
After a VERY disappointing visit (on Monday) to Motor Range in Bootle where the young salesman couldn't hide his disinterest when I said I wasn't going to go over my budget or buy on the day, fate took me past Crosby Park Garage (on Tuesday) where I met Chris O'Toole and found a FABULOUS car which I picked up today (Friday)! Chris was so far removed from the other guy - he listened to what I wanted, didn't try to up my budget, and more importantly, didn't patronise me! Liaised with Chris. Very helpful, and had a positive attitude from the get go. They wash as a complimentary. Explained to me what they did to the car and diagnosis. Was a regular service. Very happy with the overall experience.
Good, quick service on the car, bit of a wait to start, but not their fault..
