my truck was taken to them after being t-boned. after 2 weeks of driving the truck the alignment went out so I took it back to them. they took it to their alignment shop who told them it would no longer be under warranty. I drive it another 2 weeks or so and the alignment goes out again. I take it back to the body and and they tell me they can't help me. RecommendedHi, My name is Dianne Roux, and We had an accident with my truck. well not exactly an accident. We had a tire lose the steel belts and rubber off the tire. My husband hit a hog, the front bumper need it to be replace, insurance estimated the damage to be around 1800.00 this included 4 day labor, it took them over 3 weeks to get it done, and charged 4,497. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I live in Crosby but next time I need a body shop I will go somewhere else. Plus they did not complete the job my car is missing a plastic that goes under, they said that's an extra accessory?? Wth!!?? Don't waist your time. They like to over change insurance.
