My place of business has had awful experience with Crosby Mook over the last 2-3 years. It literally takes months to get our copy machine looked at or fixed. Recently it has been since May 2016 that we called them and our copy machine still isn't fixed and its now September 2016. They say they will call you back and never do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
