My mum was cared for at Crosby House. The staff were amazing and demonstrated care and compassion for the residents and their family. It was clean and warm and the response time to the alarm was quick and efficient. There were regular activities and there is a lovely garden where you could sit outside. There was regular communication and the staff were always knowledgeable about what was happening with the residents.
Lovely place to work for. Friendly caring staff with respect to all service users. Clean and tidy at all times. Recommended 5 star
It's is a very familiar care home with amazing staff working there.
